SPINACH OMLETTE

Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 nos egg


  • 1/4 nos spinach fine chopped


  • 1 nos onion fine chopped


  • 1 nos tomato fine chopped


  • 1 nos green chillies to taste fine chopped


  • 2 pinch black pepper


  • 1/4 tsp italian / chinese seasoning


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • Break eggs and keep it in a deep bowl. Wrishk for 2 minutes with help of spoon / wrishk wire till becomes light and smooth.
  • Mix seasoning mixture, black pepper, salt to taste ; then stir well.
  • Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan / non-stick pan on high flame then reduce on medium heat.
  • First put onion and a pinch of salt in pan then saute for a minute.
  • Then add tomato and spinach ; saute for another one minute.
  • Mix egg mixture again for a while then put over veggies and spread it all over the pan. Reduce heat on low flame.
  • Cover the pan with lid and cook omlete till done. It will take hardly 2 minutes / or you can cook as per your preference.
